1. Payment Methods
a. Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, and other digital payment options as displayed on the "Tach - 21 minute grocery delivery" App.
b. Payment Security:
- Your payment information is secure and encrypted. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data.
c. RBI Compliant Gateways:
- Rest assured, we use RBI-compliant payment gateways to process your transactions, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
2. Payment Types
a. Order Payment:
- Payment is required at the time of placing an order on the App. Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
b. Subscription Payments:
- For subscription services, recurring payments will be automatically deducted based on the selected subscription plan. Subscription details, including billing frequency and amount, will be communicated during the subscription sign-up process.
3. Refund Policy for Payments
a. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If an order is cancelled within the eligible window, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method or added to the customer's wallet, as per their preference.
b. Chargebacks:
- Chargebacks initiated by customers without proper cause may lead to account suspension and legal action.
4. Payment Confirmation and Invoices
a. Payment Confirmation:
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive an immediate confirmation through the App, website, or email, including details of the transaction.
b. Invoices:
- Invoices for orders will be available for download on the App. Customers can access and download their invoices from the order history section.
5. Subscription Management
a. Subscription Modifications:
- Customers can modify their subscription details, including payment information and plan changes, through the App's subscription management section.
b. Subscription Cancellations:
- Subscription cancellations must be initiated through the App at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic deduction.
6. Payment Failures
a. Failed Transactions:
- In the event of a payment failure, customers will receive a notification, and the order or subscription will not be processed until a successful payment is completed.
b. Updating Payment Information:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes should be made promptly through the payment settings in the App.
7. Order Quantity and Pricing
a. Quantity Limits:
- Orders are subject to quantity limits for specific products, as indicated on the product pages. Customers are required to adhere to these limits during the order placement.
b. Pricing Accuracy:
- The pricing of products is accurate at the time of order placement. In case of any discrepancies, customers will be notified, and the correct pricing will be applied before processing the payment.
