1. Order Fulfillment Timeframe

a. Standard Delivery Time:

• While we strive to deliver all orders within 21 minutes, certain orders may require more time for fulfilment. The maximum time limit for order fulfilment is 24 hours.

b. Unavailable Items:

• If any item is unavailable, we will promptly communicate this to the customer. The time frame for order fulfilment will be updated based on the customer's consent.

2. Shipping Process

a. Local Shipping:

• We primarily ship products locally from our nearest tie-up vendor.

b. Alternative Vendor:

• If a product is unavailable at the nearest vendor, the ordered items will be shipped from the closest alternative vendor to the customer.

c. 21-Minute Time Limit:

• The 21-minute time limit applies once the order is placed and accepted. Timeasoft Private Limited reserves the discretion to fulfil an order beyond 21 minutes in certain situations, with or without the customer's consent.

3. Order Returns

a. Return Eligibility:

• To initiate a return, the item must be in its original form as delivered by the delivery partner of Tach Grocery Delivery.

b. Return Pickup:

• The pickup of the item for return must be scheduled within 24 hours of the order being delivered.

c. Refund Process:

• Refunds for returned items will be processed within the next 48-72 hours after the return pickup is completed.

d. Wallet Option:

• Customers have the option to add the refund amount to their wallet available on the platform or use it to purchase any other product in exchange for the returned item.

4. Communication

a. Unavailable Items Communication:

• In the event of unavailable items, we will promptly communicate with the customer and update the time frame for order fulfilment based on their consent.
